 V-2 - [1]Map\n\n Description:\n\n Amazon Lockers are everywhere\, hand
ling millions of packages every\n day. At the same time\, thousands of p
ackages get stolen from home\n porches every year\, which made me wonder
if the same thing could\n happen with Amazon Lockers.\n\n This talk i
s my journey trying to break into them. I started where it\n made the mo
st sense\, BLE. What looked straightforward quickly turned\n into a seri
es of unexpected turns\, with different angles\, different\n ideas\, and
a lot of time spent chasing paths that didn’t go where I\n thought th
ey would.\n\n This talk walks through that process\, the dead ends\, the
pivots\, and\n the techniques used along the way showing how attacking
a system from\n different angles can expose weaknesses that aren’t obv
ious at first.\n From protocol reverse engineering and hardware hacking
to mobile app\n security\, OSINT\, and physical attacks\, in the end itâ
€™s about\n persistence\, understanding how things really work\, and not
  stopping\n until something gives.\n\n By any means necessary.\n\n A
ll references are pointed in the outline to provide better context.\n\n
