  The Tor network has been continuously operating for close to 25 years\n  
  now. How have the attacks changed over that time? How about the\n   commu
 nities\, threats\, and incentive structures for the volunteers who\n   ope
 rate the network?\n\n   I'll go over early lessons as well as lessons we a
 re still learning\,\n   when it comes to the Tor network -- from relays to
  directory\n   authorities -- focusing on the community angle\, on finding
  and kicking\n   out bad relays\, and generally looking at the safety of u
