 3andMe hand DNA to law enforcement. Then AI changes\n   the game. ChatGPT 
 logs surface kids who type the wrong thing. Flock\n   cameras blanket neig
 hborhoods "for the children." Clear sells your\n   face for a faster TSA l
 ine. None of these systems sit cleanly inside\n   any inherited default â€
 ” and federal policy has gone quiet. Audience\n   leaves with: a vocabular
 y for diagnosing whose privacy default an AI\n   proposal is actually writ
 ten for\; the federal-vacuum / state-patchwork\n   pattern\; and three con
 crete asks — plain-language consent\, a "kudos\n   wall" for companies t
 hat earn trust\, and abstraction-layer tools that\n   read T&Cs for users.
