 box to running firmware\n   on a custom ESP32-based Cryptohack badge. Star
 ting with an unboxing\n   and a tour of the hardware\, we'll set up the fu
 ll ESP-IDF toolchain\n   together and walk through the application logic t
 hat drives the badge\n   — from the high-level block diagram down to the
  source.\n\n   You'll compile your own firmware\, flash it to the device\,
  and then\n   flip perspectives: we'll disassemble the binary and explore 
 the hacks\,\n   hidden behaviors\, and attack surface that make badge-hack
 ing such a\n   rite of passage. We close with a showcase where participant
 s demo what\n   they built or broke\, plus open Q&A.\n\n   By the end\, yo
 u'll understand the complete path from hardware bring-up\n   to firmware t
 o reverse engineering on a real embedded device. Bring a\n   laptop\; all 
 hardware and tooling will be covered in the session.\n\n   Reverse-enginee
 r the CryptoHack badge hardware\, then program every\n   peripheral — LE
