 irector of the Electronic Frontier\n   Foundation. From 2000-2015 she serv
 ed as EFF’s Legal Director as\n   well as its General Counsel. Ms. Cohn 
 first became involved with EFF\n   in 1993\, when EFF asked her to serve a
 s the outside lead attorney in\n   Bernstein v. Dept. of Justice\, the suc
 cessful First Amendment\n   challenge to the U.S. export restrictions on c
 ryptography. Ms. Cohn is\n   the author of the professional memoir\, calle
 d Privacy's Defender\n   published by MIT Press in March\, 2026. She is al
 so the co-host of\n   EFF's award-winning podcast\, How to Fix the Interne
 t.\n\n   --\n\n   Cohn first became involved with EFF in 1993\, when EFF a
 sked her to\n   serve as the outside lead attorney in Bernstein v. Dept. o
 f Justice\,\n   the successful First Amendment challenge to the U.S. expor
 t\n   restrictions on cryptography. She served as EFF’s Legal Director a
 s\n   well as its General Counsel from 2000 through 2015\, and she has ser
 ved\n   as Executive Director since then. She also has co-hosted EFF’s\n
    award-winning “How to Fix the Internet” podcast\, which recently\n 
   concluded its sixth season. Her professional memoir covering her time\n 
   at EFF\, Privacy’s Defender: My Thirty-Year Fight Against Digital\n   
 Surveillance\, was published earlier this year by MIT Press.\n\n   Speaker
 Bio:  Alyssa Coley\, Privacy & Product Counsel at Scopely\n\n   Alyssa is 
 on the Board of Women In Security and Privacy (WISP) and is\n   Privacy & 
 Product Counsel at Scopely. As in-house counsel\, she focuses\n   on integ
 rating privacy by design into product development and ensuring\n   global 
 privacy compliance. Previously\, she gained experience in\n   privacy cons
 ulting and cybersecurity incident response. She has been\n   involved with
  WISP for nearly a decade where she developed her\n   interest in lockspor
 t and continues to further WISP's mission to\n   advance women and underre
