 resentation explores how\n   internet voting systems may expand opportunit
 ies for inexpensive\,\n   highly scalable disruption\, information operati
 ons\, and psychological\n   attacks against election legitimacy. Examples 
 include phishing\n   campaigns aimed at vote-by-phone users\, fraudulent v
 oting applications\n   distributed through app stores\, compromised browse
 r extensions\,\n   automated social-media campaigns or website defacements
  that\n   manufacture the appearance of widespread system failures\, and t
 argeted\n   messages to early voters falsely informing them that their bal
 lots or\n   personal information have been compromised. Traditional\n   vo
 te-suppression techniques such as robocalls may likewise be adapted\n   to
  digital platforms and enhanced through AI-generated content and\n   voice
  cloning. In some cases\, no actual compromise need occur\; the\n   percep
 tion of a successful attack - a form of psychological operation\n   (psyop
 ) - may itself achieve an adversary's objectives. The central\n   argument
  is that the most consequential threats to internet voting may\n   not alw
 ays involve defeating election technology itself but rather\n   exploiting
  expanded opportunities to attack voters and erode\n   confidence in the e
