 st withwinner by\n   popular vote and voting happening during DEF CON 34.\
 n\n   Anyone can submit original\, human-created sticker designs prior to 
 DEF\n   CON 34. During DC34 attendees view all entries on site\, and vote 
 in\n   person for their favorites. Designs will be displayed in the DEF CO
 N\n   Groups Community space throughout the conference\, with voting open 
 on\n   Thursday to Saturday and the winning design announced on Sunday.\n\
 n   Stickers are hacker currency. This contest is about celebrating that\n
    culture through creativity\, participation\, and community choice. The\
 n   top designs go through to the voting round. What wins is what the DEF\
 n   CON community votes for.\n\n   Whether you want to support fellow hack
 ers\, or help decide the winning\n   design\, this is your chance to parti
 cipate directly.\n\n   Participant Prerequisites\n\n   For designers / con
 tributors: - Original sticker artwork created by a\n   human (no AI-genera
 ted art) - You may design it yourself or work with\n   a human graphic des
 igner - Ability to submit artwork digitally prior\n   to DEF CON - No spec
 ialized technical knowledge required\n\n   For voters: - Attendance at DEF
  CON - Ability to view entries in\n   person and cast a vote - Voting is h
 onor-based: one human\, one vote -\n   Participants may vote\n\n   No spec
 ial hardware\, software\, or prior experience is required to\n   participa
 te or vote.\n\n   Pre-Qualification\n\n   A call for sticker designs will 
 open prior to DEF CON with the contest\n   and voting happening on-site.\n
