DESCRIPTION: 'Title: Shopping Is The Attack: A Decade Of E-Commerce Scalp
er Wars\,\n And The Multi-Agent AI Era\n Tags: DEF CON Official Talk\n
    When: Friday\, Aug 7\, 12:00 - 12:30 PDT\n Where: LVCCW Level 1 Hall
 3 903 (Main Track 5) and DCTV-5 - [1]Map\n\n Description:\n\n Forty-fi
ve seconds. Two thousand five hundred Nike Air Jordans\, gone.\n Resold
at five times retail the next month. Every weekly drop\, for\n years\, a
t one of Europe's largest retailers.\n\n Shopping is the attack. The bot
does not exploit a CVE. It does not\n break the contract. It just shops
\, and every standard control is\n structurally blind to it.\n\n I spe
nt five years as Head of SecOps at ASOS\, on the bridge for every\n Air
Jordan drop\, reverse-engineering the full attacker MO because\n nobody
else was going to.\n\n This talk is that MO from the attacker's chair. E
ight phases against\n the e-commerce golden thread. Account army staged
weeks ahead via fake\n registration and credential stuffing. Targets pic
ked from StockX\n margins\, not catalogues. Early bird APIs leaking pre-
release products\n before the SKU exists. Mobile catalogue enumeration.
Vision-API\n classification. A watcher polling stock until launch. Two b
ag agents\n racing\, one guest for raw speed\, one aged returning custom
er for\n trust. Checkout picked for approval probability. Then I show wh
at\n Anthropic's GTG-1002 disclosure means for retail: the same MO\,\n
decomposed into AI agents\, at speeds Anthropic called physically\n imp
ossible.\n\n The eCommerce bots are unstoppable. Come see why.\n\n Spe
akerBio: Yaniv "PSYMAG" Menasherov\n\n Yaniv Menasherov has worked ever
y seat in the SOC. He started as a\n Tier 1 analyst and worked his way u
 p through shift lead\, incident\n response manager\, and Head of SOC\, t
he analyst getting paged at 3 AM\,\n the lead running the war room\, and
the one writing the post-mortem\n nobody wanted to read.\n\n He's fou
ght them all from both sides of the table: as a client\n defending enter
prises against ransomware crews\, insiders\, and the\n occasional state-
aligned visitor with too much patience\; and as a\n vendor\, sitting nex
t to customers when their existing stack wasn't\n cutting it. Eventually
he founded his own MSSP\, building a unified\n global SOC for some of t
he largest enterprises in the world \, 24/7\n across continents\, where
"alert fatigue" is a polite way of saying\n "we're losing."\n\n Today
he leads research at Legion Security\, an agentic SOC platform\n rethink
ing investigation and response for a world where analysts\n shouldn't be
the bottleneck. After years of watching SIEMs and SOARs\n over-promise\
 , he's building what he wished he'd had on shift.\n\n '\n\n 1. #LVCCW_
