 s\n   to the Navy and the Air Force. As cyber operations become inseparabl
 e\n   from maritime\, air\, and joint missions\, the Navy and Air Force fa
 ce a\n   shared challenge: how to recruit\, train\, integrate\, and retain
  the\n   technical talent required for modern conflict.\n\n   This session
  will explore how the services are strengthening\n   operational cyber uni
 ts. How deeply technical experts can be woven\n   into traditional command
  structures\, and how joint missions can be\n   supported by interoperable
  training pipelines. We’ll also dig into\n   the realities of competing 
 with the commercial sector for high‑end\n   cyber talent\, and the emerg
 ing skill sets — from AI engineering to\n   cloud and data‑center oper
 ations — that will define future\n   conflict. Expect a little honesty\,
  and maybe one or two jokes about\n   how retention would be easier if the

 io:  Dr. Nina Kollars\, US Naval War College\n\n   Dr. Nina Kollars is an 
 Associate Professor at the U.S. Naval War\n   College’s Cyber and Innova
 tion Policy Institute\, where she\n   specializes in cyber resilience\, em
 erging technologies\, and wargaming\n   efforts focused on Taiwan and the 
 Pacific. Dr. Kollars also serves as\n   co-director of the Maritime Hackin
 g Village\, a 501c3 that advances\n   ethical hacking on maritime assets a
 nd infrastructure. She is also an\n   executive bourbon steward.\n\n   Spe
 akerBio:  Dr. Wanda T. Jones-Heath\, Principal Cyber Advisor for the\n   D
 epartment of the Air Force\n\n   Dr. Wanda T. Jones-Heath\, a member of th
 e Senior Executive Service\, is\n   the Principal Cyber Advisor for the De
 partment of the Air Force\,\n   comprised of the U.S. Air Force and U.S. S
 pace Force. As the Principal\n   Cyber Advisor for the DAF\, her duties in
 clude synchronizing\,\n   coordinating and overseeing the implementation o
 f the DAF Cyber\n   Strategy and advising the Secretary of the Air Force o
 n all cyber\n   programs. She is responsible for overseeing cyberspace rec
 ruitment\;\n   resourcing and training of cyber mission forces\, as well a
 s assessing\n   their readiness\; overseeing acquisition\; advocate for cy
 ber\n   investments\; cybersecurity supply chain risk management\; securit

  Ms. Anne Marie Schumann serves as the Department of the Navy Principal\n 
   Cyber Advisor (DON PCA). In this role\, she is responsible for advising\
 n   the Secretary of the Navy\, Chief of Naval Operations\, and Commandant
 \n   of the Marine Corps on all cyber matters and implementing the\n   Dep
