 iption:\n\n   As the landscape of industrial control systems (ICS) evolves
 \, the\n   security vulnerabilities inherent in these systems have become\
 n   increasingly important. In response to this escalating situation\, in\
 n   this paper\, we present the development of a virtualized cybersecurity
 \n   research testbed tailored for these environments. Addressing the\n   
 challenge of limited access to proprietary OT network data for\n   researc
 h purposes\, our this talk proposes a comprehensive framework\n   for simu
 lating industrial environments\, aiming to facilitate the\n   development 
 and testing of cybersecurity solutions by providing\n   functionalities fo
 r network traffic logging\, attack impact simulation\,\n   generation of l
 abeled multivariate time series sensor datasets\, among\n   others\, bridg
 ing the gap between theoretical research and practical\n   application nee
 ds\, especially in situations of low data availability\n   and data-driven

 ty of La Rioja. Now\, he\n   is a researcher at Gradiant in the Security a
 nd Privacy Area and\n   specifically in Cybersecurity industry 4.0 project
 s. Currently\, he\n   manages some industrial security projects\, specific
 ally analyzing\n   network traffic and using honeypots to detect threats a
 nd attacks. He\n   has the certification OSCP (PEN-200) from Offensive Sec
 urity.\n\n   SpeakerBio:  Camilo Piñón Blanco\n\n   Camilo Piñón-Blanc
 o graduated in Telecommunication Technologies\n   Engineering (2021) and M
 aster in Telecommunication Engineering (2023)\n   from the University of V
 igo\, both specializing in Telematics\n   Engineering. He did his Bachelor
 ’s Thesis with GRADIANT\, focused on\n   detection of cyber-attacks in i
 ndustrial networks with Machine\n   Learning techniques. He has worked at 
 the atlanTTic research center as\n   a researcher\, dealing with natural l
 anguage processing and text data\n   analysis. In 2022 he re-joined the GR
 ADIANT as an Engineer-Researcher\n   in Security and Privacy\, within the 
 Privacy & Security Analytics line\,\n   where he has done his Master's The
 sis on anomaly detection in time\n   series through UEBA and LSTM neural n
 etworks. His main lines of work\n   are applied machine learning\, data an
