 acy Blueprints\n\n   Nicole Tisdale is a fifteen-year national security ex

 l and the U.S.\n   Congress' House Committee on Homeland Security. Nicoleâ
 €™s policy\n   expertise encompasses cybersecurity\, counterintelligence\,
  and election\n   security. Nicole founded Advocacy Blueprints\, a policy 
 consulting and\n   advocacy training firm. Her creation and commitment cyb
 er-impact\n   policy is evidenced by her writing The Hidden Injustice of\n
    Cyberattacks for WIRED Magazine and her commitment to civic engagement\
 n   for advocates highlighted in her book â€śRight to Petition.â€ť She\n  
  serves in several advisor and fellowship positions\, including Aspen\n

 yber Director\, he was\n   appointed by President Joseph Biden as Senior C
 ounselor to the\n   Secretary of Homeland Security. Braun is also a lectur
 er at the\n   University of Chicagoâ€™s Harris School of Public Policy Stu

  the needs of marginalized communities. Elizabeth also leads\n   Microsoft
 â€™s High-risk User and Human Rights Defender Protection\n   initiative. P
 rior to joining Microsoft\, Elizabeth worked at the\n   Washington Technol
 ogy Industry Association (WTIA)\, where she provided\n   policy and strate
 gic guidance on expanding digital access to\n   underserved Washington com
 munities\, and MIT Solve\, Massachusetts\n   Institute of Technologyâ€™s s
 ocial impact accelerator\, where she\n   collaborated with tech-based soci
