 ) and Chief Information Officer of Singapore’s Home Team\n   Science and
  Technology Agency (HTX)\, Yeow Boon oversees the agency's\n   transformat
 ion\, and by extension\, the AI transformation of\n   Singapore’s Home T
 eam. Concurrently\, he has to ensure that any risks\n   involved in the in

 k\, Executive Director at Packet Clearing\n   House\n\n   Bill Woodcock is
  the executive director of Packet Clearing House\, the\n   intergovernment
 al treaty organization that supports the operation of\n   critical Interne
 t infrastructure\, including Internet exchange points\n   and the core of 
 the domain name system. Since entering the Internet\n   industry in 1985\,
  Bill has helped establish more than three hundred\n   Internet exchange p
 oints. In 1989\, Bill developed the anycast routing\n   technique that now
  protects the domain name system. In 1998 he was one\n   of the principal 
 drivers of California 17538.4\, the world’s first\n   anti-spam legislat
 ion. Bill was principal author of the Multicast DNS\n   and Operator Requi
 rements of Infrastructure Management Methods IETF\n   drafts. In 2002 he c
 o-founded INOC-DBA\, the security-coordination\n   hotline system that int
 erconnects the network operations centers of\n   more than three thousand 
 Internet Service Providers and Security\n   Operations Centers around the 
 world. And in 2007\, Bill was one of the\n   two international liaisons de
 ployed by NSP-Sec to the Estonian CERT\n   during the Russian cyber-attack
 . In 2011\, Bill authored the first\n   survey of Internet interconnection
  agreements\, as input to the\n   OECD’s analysis of the Internet econom
 y. Bill served on the Global\n   Commission on the Stability of Cyberspace
  and on the Commission on\n   Caribbean Communications Resilience. He's on
  the board of directors of\n   the M3AA Foundation\, and was on the board 
 of the American Registry for\n   Internet Numbers for fifteen years. Now\,
  Bill’s work focuses\n   principally on the security and economic stabil
