 Security\n\n   Cliff Neve is the Vice President of Maritime Cybersecurity 
 at MAD\n   Security. He is a 1993 US Coast Guard Academy graduate and a re
 tired\n   Coast Guard Commander with 30 years of IT and cybersecurity lead
 ership\n   in the military and industry. He has served as the acting Deput
 y of\n   Coast Guard Cyber Command and was instrumental in establishing CG
 CYBER\n   and MAD's Maritime Security Operations Center\, and also served 
 as\n   Deputy CIO of the White House Communications Agency. Cliff has\n   
 consulted for maritime ports\, shipping companies\, the US Coast Guard\,\n
    and the Department of Transportation’s Maritime Administration\n   (M
 ARAD). His deep commitment to securing the Maritime Transportation\n   Sys
 tem drives his advocacy efforts to find innovative and effective\n   ways
