 :\n\n   The Raspberry Pi was designed to make computing accessible and\n  
  affordable for everyone. For this reason\, it's especially useful in\n   
 the domain of OT and ICS Security workforce development. In a domain\n   f
 requently understaffed\, underfunded and struggling to find\n   interested
 \, qualified candidates (heck\, sometimes even just warm\n   bodies!)\, bu
 dgets are tight if not non-existent when it comes to\n   developing the sk
 ills needed to secure these systems. This talk will\n   discuss the use of
  low-cost computing solutions to deliver learning\n   objectives to everyo
 ne from existing professionals in a full-scale OT\n   Cyber Defense Exerci
 se to demonstrating ICS principles to the\n   up-and-coming workforce of t
 omorrow. We'll show how such devices can\n   pinch hit for GPS to provide 
 NTP\, act as a PLC\, function as a sync\n   server\, replace packet squirr
 els\, act as MITM devices\, and even how to\n   use them to model fully fu
 nctioning cyber physical systems on a\n   shoestring educator's budget.\n\

  on stage and speak to literally dozens of\n   humans about how to live ac
 tion role play scenarios around power grid\n   cyber defense with lots of 
 neat equipment (not to mention a few\n   Raspberry Pis) with the help of s
 ome ~~scary hackers~~ skilled\n   reverse-engineers. Any rumors of extra c
 redit offered to such students\n   in exchange for spending hours of their
  own time creating and managing\n   ICS security demonstrations at a nearb
