 easures under\n   consideration to identify and reduce the impact of vulne
 rabilities\,\n   and the critical role that hackers can play in focusing o

  Krejsa\, Assistant National Cyber Director for\n   Strategy at ONCD\n\n  
  Harry Krejsa is the Assistant National Cyber Director for Strategy. He\n 
   leads the office’s development of cyber and technology strategy for\n 
   domestic and international policy\, including co-directing the\n   draft
 ing\, interagency approval\, and rollout of President Joe Biden’s\n   Na
 tional Cybersecurity Strategy. Prior to joining the Office of the\n   Nati
 onal Cyber Director\, Harry oversaw strategy and U.S.-China\n   competitio
 n for the Department of Defense’s cyber policy office. He\n   drafted th
 e 2018 DoD Cyber Strategy and inaugural Cyber Posture\n   Review\, which p
 rovided guidance for using new offensive military\n   authorities to deter
  and disrupt adversary cyber campaigns\, and\n   negotiated numerous “Hu
 nt Forward” joint operations with foreign\n   militaries to root out adv
 ersary malware on strategic systems. Upon\n   leaving DoD he was awarded t
 he Office of the Secretary of Defense\n   Medal for Exceptional Public Ser
 vice. From 2019-2020 Harry was\n   detailed to serve as Director of the In
 tegration Cell at the U.S.\n   Cyberspace Solarium Commission\, where he l
 ed research on emerging\n   technology trends and their implications for U
 .S. government policy.\n   He oversaw the Commission’s strategy and poli
 cy development on norms\n   and values in technology design\, artificial i
 ntelligence\, election\n   cybersecurity\, and China’s influence over st
 rategic technologies.\n   Before joining government\, Harry was a Fellow a
 t the Center for a New\n   American Security where he researched U.S.-Chin
 a economic and\n   technology competition\, broader Indo-Pacific security 
 strategy\, and\n   the intersection of foreign and domestic policy in the 
 United States.\n   Harry also worked as a professional staff member for th
 e Congressional\n   Joint Economic Committee\, served as a researcher at t
 he Center for the\n   Study of Chinese Military Affairs at National Defens
 e University\, led\n   field analysis on political transition in Myanmar\,
  piloted anti-terror\n   training programs in South Asia\, and completed a
  Fulbright Fellowship\n   in Taiwan. Harry’s policy writings have appear
 ed in Foreign Affairs\,\n   Politico\, War on the Rocks\, Fortune\, and a 
 number of regional American\n   newspapers. His analysis has been featured
  in outlets like CBS News\n   and Bloomberg\, and he has given televised C
 hinese-language commentary\n   to Voice of America. He is a Lecturer of In
 ternational Affairs at\n   George Washington University on defense and tec
