\n Description:\n The US cyber workforce consists of 1.2 million profe
ssionals\, but over\n half a million jobs in the cybersecurity sector re
main vacant\, leading\n to a talent shortage that affects society as a w
hole\, and high-risk\n communities most particularly. The predicted tale
nt shortage rising to\n 3.5 million by 2030 suggests that these communit
ies are unlikely to\n receive the help they need anytime soon.\n\n The
hacker community has been helping high-risk communities for\n decades.
But how can they do so at scale? How can decision makers\n around the wo
rld\, in government but also industry and civil society\,\n work togethe
r with hackers to create solutions that build cyber\n resiliency for hig
h-risk communities?\n\n This public session will explore how governments
\, industry and civil\n society can work with the hacker community at la
rge\, to develop\n scalable and systemic solutions to protect those no o
ne should ever\n attack. It will also aim to identify policy solutions a
nd overall\n recommendations to generate more secure environments for co
 mmunities\n at risk.\n\n '\n\n 1. #CaesarsSummitBR\n\n\n
