 3-4 people\, hackers and\n   policymakers at the village will respond to a
  cybersecurity crisis\n   scenario with far reaching impacts on the public
  but especially\n   vulnerable communities. Groups of 3-4 participants wil
 l develop\n   responses to mitigate the crisis and present these to the la
 rger\n   group. Participants may take on specific roles based on the story
 line\n   of the crisis (e.g. CISA\, the White House\, CVD coordinating bod
