 ed security researcher whose career\n   has spanned across roles in detect

 In her current role as Director of\n   Threat Intelligence Advocacy at Rev
 ersingLabs\, she focuses on\n   efficient use and mobilization of threat r
 esearch outputs across the\n   business and in public outreach. She has pr

 Braun\n   Jake Braun currently serves as the Acting Principal Deputy Natio
 nal\n   Cyber Director. Most recently\, Jake was appointed as a Senior Adv
 isor\n   to the DHS Management Directorate\, which oversees all operations
  for\n   the department. Previously\, Jake served as the Executive Directo
 r for\n   the University of Chicago’s Cyber Policy Initiative where he w
 orked\n   at the centner of policy\, technology\, and national security. I
 n\n   addition to his role at the University of Chicago\, Jake also\n   co
 -founded and served as the CEO of Cambridge Global Advisors\, a\n   nation
 al security consulting firm with offices here in Chicago. He was\n   also 
 co-founder of the DE CON Voting Machine Hacking Village where he\n   co-au
 thored two award-winning works on election security and has also\n   recen
 tly published the critically acclaimed book\, “'Democracy in\n   Danger:
  How Hackers and Activists Exposed Fatal Flaws in the Election\n   System
 \, on the same topic. Previous to that\, he served in the Obama\n   Admi
 nistration as the Director of White House and Public Liaison for\n   the D

 ons from Troy St. University\, an MA in Education from\n   National-Louis 
 University in Chicago\, and a BA in Philosophy from\n   Loyola University

 ion from the University of Minnesota Humphrey School of\n   Public Affairs

 a poll worker\, Michael Moore developed a\n   passion for Election Securit
 y.  He was the first Information Security\n   Officer for the Maricopa Co
 unty Recorder's office and is  now the\n   first Chief Information Securi
 ty Officer for the Arizona Secretary of\n   State. Michael believes it is 
 only through effective federal\, state\,\n   and local government partners
 hips\, as  well as assistance from\n   trusted vendors that we can protec
 t our democracy and fulfill our duty\n   to  the American voter. The grea
 test threats to elections are MDM and\n   the resulting insider threat cau
 sed by radicalized  citizens. The\n   best protection against these threa
 ts is combating lies with the\n   truth\, developing  secure and resilien
 t systems that prevent attacks\n   whenever possible\, allow for detection
 s of  compromise and facilitate\n   accurate and rapid recovery. Michael 
 has pushed forward these \n   initiatives in his own organizations as wel
 l as across the Elections\n   community. Michael is an alumnus of Arizona 
 State University with a\n   B.S. in Mathematics and a B.A. in  Education

 n   leading up to 2024. With two actual election officials on the panel\,\
 n   plus an expert in software supply chain\, we will get to hear\n   stra
 tegies on election preparation from different perspectives across\n   the 
 election industry. Panelists will discuss what can be done in\n   preparat
 ion of the 2024 election season and how public and\n   public/private part
 nerships are securing election infrastructure in\n   its entirety. Panelis
 ts will discuss what initiatives are directly\n   derivable from recent fe
 deral government cyber security initiatives.\n   They will give insight in
 to what each of their industries are doing\n   now and what they plan to d
