akerBio:Fatou Sankare\n Fatou Sankare graduated with a Bachelor of Arts
in Political Science\n from Howard University and received her Master of
Science in\n Cybersecurity at Fordham University. Fatou Sankare is curr
ently a\n Doctoral Candidate in Cybersecurity at Marymount University.\n
\n Currently\, Fatou is a government contractor working as a Cyber Crime
\n Data Scientist. She is also an Assistant Professor of Cybersecurity\n
and Director of the Cybersecurity Labs at Capitol Technology\n Univer
sity.\n\n Fatou is also the founder of Datacation LLC — with a mission
to\n increase cyber education particularly in low-income neighborhoods.
\n Fatou is a Certified Ethical Hacker and currently holds the AWS\n M
 achine Learning Specialty Certification.\n\n\n Description:\n Today\,
with the advancement of technology\, investigative searches are\n not on
ly physical but also digital. With electronic devices such as\n cellphon
es and computers no longer being considered a luxury device\n but an ess
ential device\, law enforcement is now relying on evidence\n extracted f
rom these items in criminal investigations. Digital devices\n contain ma
ssive amounts of data that can be useful in not only\n criminal matters
but national security-related instances as well. The\n problem is that t
he data on these devices contain information that may\n be deemed privat
e to citizens. Law enforcement has been using the\n Fourth Amendment to
justify their use of digital evidence. However\,\n the Fourth Amendment
does not explicitly factor in digital evidence.\n The policies are not u
p to date with the procedures used by law\n enforcement\, and citizens m
ay be paying for it through the invasion of\n privacy. With the increase
d use of artificial intelligence\, the\n biggest question becomes is it
security or surveillance\, and which\n communities are negatively impact
 ed or targeted?\n '\n\n 1. #CaesarsAllianceBR\n\n\n
