 ce to Computer Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRTs)\,\n   playing a p
 ivotal role in incident response and policy development for\n   these team
 s in Latin America. With a notable career in the industry\,\n   Andrs has
  trained over 1\,500 law enforcement and intelligence\n   officers\, lawye
 rs\, and judges in the region on combating cybercrime.\n   His expertise e
 xtends to the academic realm\, where he serves as a\n   cybersecurity prof

 a Rolz is a communications specialist and journalist with over\n   eight y
 ears of experience covering topics related to Latin America and\n   the Ca
 ribbean. Her publications address issues such as ensuring\n   security and
  transparency in LAC\, poverty\, and immigration\, among\n   other social 
 problems. Isabella has worked at the Inter-American\n   Development Bank\,
  The World Bank\, Pan-American Health Organization\,\n   and now the Organ
 ization ofAmerican States. Her work as a journalist\n   has been published
  in the Washington Post\, ABC News\, the Daily Beast\,\n   Univision\, and
  the New Humanitarian\, among other media outlets. She\n   graduated from 
 Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism\n   with a scholarship
  from the Maria Moors Foundation and is a National\n   Association of Hisp
 anic Journalists member.\n\n   SpeakerBio:Mauro Vignati \, ICRC\n   In 200
 3 Mauro started working at the first unit of the Swiss Federal\n   Police 
 fighting cybercrime. Later on\, he collaborated to the\n   establishment o
 f MELANI\, Switzerland's first centre for public-private\n   partnership o
 n cybersecurity for critical infrastructure. Back in\n   2013\, he set up 
 and led the Cyber Threat Intelligence Division within\n   the Department o
 f Defence in Bern. In 2021\, he was tasked to create\n   the Vulnerability
  Management unit within the National Cyber Security\n   Centre NCSC.ch\, l
 eading several projects\, among them the first bug\n   bounty program of t
 he Swiss government. He then joined the\n   International Committee of the
  Red Cross ICRC one year later\, as\n   advisor on new digital technologie

 e field of cybersecurity policy is constantly evolving\, and as such\,\n  
  the need to think innovatively and critically about policy solutions\n   
 to address new and emerging threats. “Beyond the Breach: Exploring\n   C
 ybersecurity Policies with Hacker Perspectives” is a panel that\n   will
  bring together experts to explore the role of cybersecurity\n   policy ha
 ckers in responding to cyber policy challenges that\n   governments and or
 ganizations face in this rapidly evolving landscape.\n   The discussion wi
 ll delve into ongoing processes of elaborating\n   global\, regional\, and
  local cyber policies that engage the hacker\n   community. Globally\, tho
 se discussed in the ICRC Delegation for\n   Cyberspace\; regionally\, in O
 AS member states in the Americas\; and\n   locally\, those in the public a
 nd private organizations\, such as\n   Computer Security Incident Response
  Teams (CSIRTs) in Latin America.\n   Additionally\, it will explore initi
 atives to create platforms for\n   hackers’ participation and encourage 
 innovation in cybersecurity\n   policymaking. Furthermore\, the panel will
  also discuss the role of\n   cybersecurity policy hackers in the ongoing 
 evolving landscape of\n   digital investigations and the associated challe
