Back in\n 2013\, he set up and led the Cyber Threat Intelligence Division within\n the Department o f Defence in Bern. In 2021\, he was tasked to create\n the Vulnerability Management unit within the National Cyber Security\n Centre NCSC.ch\, l eading several projects\, among them the first bug\n bounty program of t he Swiss government.
