 o:Chris Inglis\n   Mr. Inglis is a former Managing Director at Paladin and
  former\n   National Cyber Director and currently serves as Paladin’s Se
 nior\n   Strategic Advisor. He is also the former Deputy Director and seni
 or\n   civilian leader of the National Security Agency. Mr. Inglis acted a
 s\n   the Agency’s chief operating officer\, responsible for guiding and
 \n   directing strategies\, operations\, and policy.\n\n   Mr. Inglis bega
 n his career at NSA as a computer scientist within the\n   National Comput
 er Security Center. His NSA assignments include service\n   across informa
 tion assurance\, policy\, time-sensitive operations\, and\n   signals inte
 lligence organizations. Promoted to NSA’s Senior\n   Executive Service i
 n 1997\, he subsequently served in a variety of\n   senior leadership assi
 gnments culminating in his selection as the NSA\n   Deputy Director. He ha
 s twice served away from NSA Headquarters\, first\n   as a visiting profes
 sor of computer science at the U.S. Military\n   Academy (1991-1992) and l
 ater as the U.S. Special Liaison to the\n   United Kingdom (2003-2006).\n\
 n   A 1976 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy\, Mr. Inglis holds\n   a
 dvanced degrees in engineering and computer science from Columbia\n   Univ
 ersity\, Johns Hopkins University\, and the George Washington\n   Universi
 ty. He is also a graduate of the Kellogg Business School\n   executive dev
 elopment program\, the USAF Air War College\, Air Command\n   and Staff Co
 llege\, and Squadron Officers’ School.\n\n   Mr. Inglis’ military care
 er included nine years active service with\n   the US Air Force and twenty
  one years with the Air National Guard from\n   which he retired as a Brig
 adier General in 2006. He holds the rating\n   of Command Pilot and has co
 mmanded units at the squadron\, group\, and\n   joint force headquarters l
 evels. Mr Inglis’ significant Awards\n   include the Clements award as t
 he U.S. Naval Academy’s Outstanding\n   Military Faculty member (1984)\,
  three Presidential Rank Awards (2000\,\n   2004\, 2009)\, and the Boy Sco
 uts of America Distinguished Eagle Scout\n   Award (2009).\n\n   Mr. Ingli
 s currently serves as a Board Member of the Baltimore Area\n   Council\, B
