 s Smith\n   Charles Smith is a cybersecurity researcher at Johns Hopkins\n
    University Applied Physics Lab (JHU/APL)\, where he focuses on the\n   
 intersection of cyber and information operations and their impact on\n   n
 ational security.Â  Charles spent the first fourteen years of his\n   care
 er as an officer in the U.S. Army\, and the recipient of numerous\n   awar
 ds and badges including the Ranger Tab\, Combat Infantry Badge\, and\n   P
 urple Heart.Â  He deployed five times as both an infantry officer and\n   
 intelligence officer to Iraq and Afghanistan\, and was selected to\n   ser
 ve as an intelligence officer for the 2ndÂ Battalion\, 75thÂ Ranger\n   Re
 giment.Â  His served his last four years in uniform at US Cyber\n   Comman
 d\, where he led intelligence support to the defense of the 2020\n   elect
 ions.Â  Prior to joining JHU/APL\, Charles also worked at Twitter\n   on t
 rust and safety response to crises.Â  Charles holds a bachelorâ€™s\n   of 
 science in Business Administration from Bucknell University\, and a\n   Ma
 sters of Strategic Intelligence from National Intelligence\n   University.
 \n\n   SpeakerBio:Dan Meidenbauer\n   Dan Meidenbauer is an experienced cy
 ber systems engineer\,\n   electrical/nuclear engineering professional\, a
 nd program manager with\n   specific expertise in information operations\,
  military cyber\n   operations\, critical infrastructure protection\, cybe
 r physical\n   systems\, cyber systems engineering/analysis/policy\, elect
 ro-mechanical\n   equipment development\, and naval nuclear systems integr
 ation. For the\n   past ten years he has served as a cyber systems enginee
 ring\n   researcher/strategist at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics
 \n   Laboratory (JHU/APL) and as a Cryptologic Warfare Officer (CWO) in th
 e\n   U.S. Navy Reserve. He has seven years of active-duty military\n   ex
 perience as a Naval Reactors Engineer and CWO.Â  Dan is a strategic\n   le
 ader serving operational and technical research contributions with\n   add
 itional skills in national security strategy development/policy\,\n   rese
 arch/technical leadership\, and applied scientific strategy. He is\n   a g
 raduate of Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Electrical and Computer\n   Engine
 eringÂ and holdsÂ a Masterâ€™s in Engineering Management/Systems\n   from 
 Old Dominion University\, an M.A. from the U.S. Naval War College\n   in D
 efense and Strategic Studies\, and a masterâ€™s equivalency in\n   naval n
 uclear engineering from the Bettis Reactor Engineering School.\n   He is c
 urrently selected for Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve.\n\n   Descriptio
 n:\n   Our objectives for our presentation will be to: provide an\n   intr
 oduction to the DISARM foundationâ€™s framework\, STIX bundles\, and\n   O
 PENCTI\, and demonstrate how STIX bundles/OPENCTI can provide\n   indicati
 ons and warning of IO campaigns\, and show how this is relevant\n   to the
  civic integrity community. For audience participation\, we will\n   be co
 nducting a simplified version of the tabletop exercise we just\n   ran usi
 ng an online polling tool to gather results and provide the\n   audience a
  chance to upvote ideas they find most successful.Â  We will\n   aim to ru
 n through 3 different polling rounds\, and allow 15 mins at\n   the end of
