 PENN doctoral dissertation examined what makes\n   hackers extraordinary u
 nique from the average human population.\n\n   Description:\n   Traditiona
 lly the cyber attacker has an asymmetric advantage over the\n   cyber defe
 nder. But does it have to be that way? Is it possible for\n   the cyber de
 fender to take an "offensive stance." This talk will show\n   how the emer
 ging science of cyberpsychology and the leveraging of AI\n   can provide t
 he defender with the ability to pwn the most vulnerable\n   component in t
