 t know their lines ahead of\n   time\, but both agree on a set of rules an
 d on the goal of getting\n   somewhere together.\n\n   Social engineering 
 is a form of improv in which two (or more) people\n   come together to rea
 ch a goal only one person (the ‘actor’) has\n   knowledge of\, using r
 ules the other (the target) defines along the\n   way.\n\n   At least\, th
 at’s how we see it. Led by three facilitators who are\n   both informati
 on security professionals and improvisers\, this\n   first-time program wi
 ll give attendees an introduction to improv and\n   its special communicat
 ion techniques. Parallels will be drawn between\n   improv and social engi
 neering\, including examples of how the theories\n   and practices of impr
 ov can be applied by social engineers to work\n   with their targets in an
  effective\, ethical\, and even collaborative\n   way.\n\n   This engaging
  program will consist of demonstrations\, explanations\,\n   and interacti
 ons in which attendees will be invited to try out\n   improvisation* thems
 elves in a safe\, participatory “sandbox” to\n   apply the concepts le
