 apture the Flag (CTF) contest will feature Howdy\n   Neighbor and the Indu
 strial Control System (ICS) Range. This first of\n   its kind CTF will int
 egrate both Internet of Things (IoT) and ICS\n   environments with interac
 tive components for competitors to test their\n   skills and knowledge.\n\
 n   Howdy Neighbor is an interactive IoT CTF challenge where competitors\n
    can test their hacking skills and learn about common oversights made\n 
   in development\, configuration\, and setup of IoT devices. Howdy\n   Nei
 ghbor is a miniature home - made to be “smart” from basement to\n   ga
 rage. It’s a test-bed for reverse engineering and hacking distinct\n   c
 onsumerfocused smart devices\, and to understand how the (in)security\n   
 of individual devices can implicate the safety of your home or office\,\n 
   and ultimately your family or business. Within Howdy Neighbor there\n   
 are over 25 emulated or real devices and over 50 vulnerabilities that\n   
 have been staged as challenges. Each of the challenges are of varying\n   
 levels to test a competitors ability to find vulnerabilities in an IoT\n  
  environment. Howdy Neighbor’s challenges are composed of a real and\n  
  simulated devices controlled by an App or Network interface and\n   addit
 ional hardware sensors\; each Howdy Neighbor device contains 1 to\n   3 st
 aged vulnerabilities which when solved present a key for\n   scoring/repor
 ting that it was discovered.\n\n   In the same vein\, this CTF challenge w
 ill also leverage the ICS\n   Village’s ICS Ranges including physical an
 d virtual environments to\n   provide an additional testbed for more advan
 ced challenges in critical\n   infrastructure and ICS environments. There 
 will be integrated elements\n   from DHS/CISA with their ranges that are r
 ealistically miniaturized\n   assets (ie operational oil and natural gas p
