  and risk management. Her recent focus has\n   been governance\, risk and 
 compliance. Tanisha received her start in\n   cyber with an internship at 
 Symantec in partnership with a nonprofit\n   called Year Up. Year Up's mis
 sion is to close the Opportunity Divide\n   by ensuring that young adults 
 gain the skills\, experiences\, and\n   support that will empower them to 
 reach their potential through\n   careers and higher education. Tanisha’
 s career experience has\n   included incident response/ recovery efforts\,
  vulnerability\n   management\, risk management and compliance. She is the
  Director of\n   Policy and Procedures at BlackGirlsHack\, a nonprofit org
 anization that\n   provides resources\, training\, mentoring\, and opportu
 nities to black\n   women to increase representation and diversity in the 
 cyber security\n   field. Her commitment is to work with individuals and o
