  Torrents\,Arnaud Soullie\n\n SpeakerBio:Alexandrine Torrents \, Securit
y Consultant\n Alexandrine Torrents is a cybersecurity consultant at Wav
estone\, a\n French consulting company. She started as a penetration tes
ter\, and\n performed several cybersecurity assessments on ICS. She work
ed on a\n few ICS models to demonstrate attacks on PLCs and developed a\
n particular tool to request Siemens PLCs. Then\, she started working at
\n securing ICS\, especially in the scope of the French military law\,\n
helping companies offering a vital service to the nation to comply\n
with security rules. Now\, Alexandrine works with different industrial\n
CISOs on their cybersecurity projects: defining secure architectures\,\n
hardening systems\, implementing detection mechanisms. She is also IEC\n
62443 certified and still performs assessments on multiple\n environm
 ents.\n\n SpeakerBio:Arnaud Soullie \, Senior Manager\n Arnaud Soullié
(@arnaudsoullie) is a Senior Manager at Wavestone\, a\n global consulti
ng company. For 12 years\, he has been performing\n security assessments
and pentests on all types of targets. He started\n specializing in ICS
cybersecurity 10 years ago. He spoke and taught\n workshops at numerous
 security conferences on ICS topics : BlackHat\n Europe\, BruCon\, CS3STH
LM\, BSides Las Vegas\, DEFCON... He is also the\n creator of the DYODE
project\, an opensource data diode aimed at ICS.\n He has been teaching
ICS cybersecurity training since 2015.\n Twitter: [2]@arnaudsoullie\n\n
Description:\n Securing Industrial Control Systems from cyberattacks o
ften starts by\n properly segmenting the network\, securing remote acces
ses and overall\n focusing on traditional “IT” cybersecurity measure
 s. However\, we\n can also leverage existing technology to detect and pr
otect from\n cyberattacks. The Top 20 Secure PLC Coding Practices ([3]ww
w.plc-security.com)\n is a community-led effort to identify best practic
es in Programmable\n Logic Controllers (PLC) code development that impro
ve cybersecurity.\n In this workshop\, you will learn how to program a P
LC and connect it\n to a SCADA system. You will then perform attacks on
this system and\n finally implement a sample of the TOP20 coding practic
es to block or\n detect such attacks. You will be provided with access t
o cloud VMs\n preconfigured with a SCADA software as well as a PLC simul
ator. Some\n demonstrations will also be performed on-site on real hardw
are PLCs.\n\n The workshop is accessible to anyone\, even with no prior
 ICS\n experience.\n\n Materials\n Just a laptop with a modern
web browser. Students will be\n provided with cloud VMs to perform
  the exercices\n\n Prereq\n None\n\n '\n\n 1. https://defcon
