 e shared ICS OT\n   challenges. Dawn was CISO for Rockwell Automation from
  2016-2022 after\n   serving as Director\, Insider Risk. Previously she wa
 s Founder and\n   Director of Carnegie Mellon’s CERT Insider Threat Cent
 er. She\n   started her career as a software engineer programming nuclear 
 power\n   plants for Westinghouse. She co-authored the book “The CERT Gu
 ide to\n   Insider Threats: How to Prevent\, Detect\, and Respond to Infor
 mation\n   Technology Crimes (Theft\, Sabotage\, Fraud)\,” which was ind
 ucted into\n   the Cybersecurity Canon - a list of must-read books for all
 \n   cybersecurity practitioners.\n\n   Cappelli is a Certified Informatio
 n Systems Security Professional\,\n   holds a BS in Computer Science and M
 athematics from the University of\n   Pittsburgh\, is co-founder of the Op
 en Source Insider Threat (OSIT)\n   information sharing group and is a mem
 ber of the RSA Conference\n   Advisory Board\, the Cybersecurity Collabora
 tive Executive Committee\,\n   and the CyberWire Hash Table. She was award
 ed the 2022 CIO Choice\n   Lifetime Achievement Award by the Pittsburgh Te
 chnology Council\,\n   inducted into the ISSA Hall of Fame in 2021\, honor
 ed as a member of\n   the 2021 CISOs Top 100 CISOs\, 2020 Global CISO 100\
 , and was named\n   Pittsburgh CISO of the Year in 2018.\n\n\n   Descripti
 on:\n   ‍\n   The lack of OT-specific resources readily available to the
  industrial\n   infrastructure community creates a serious gap in securing
  industrial\n   infrastructure. The gap is especially critical among small
  and medium\n   sized businesses that often have limited expertise and res
 ources to\n   address ICS/OT cybersecurity risks. This presentation detail
 s a new\n   free cybersecurity resource: Dragos OT-CERT (Operational Techn
 ology -\n   Cyber Emergency Readiness Team). OT-CERT helps industrial asse
 t owners\n   and operators – especially under-resourced organizations - 
 build\n   their OT cybersecurity programs\, improve their security posture
 s\, and\n   reduce OT risk. Member organizations have free access to OT\n 
   cybersecurity best practices\, cybersecurity maturity assessments\,\n   
 training\, workshops\, tabletop exercises\, webinars\, and more. Although\
 n   OT-CERT focuses on small and medium sized businesses\, organizations o
 f\n   all sizes are eligible for OT-CERT membership. Larger organizations\
 n   will benefit from free resources such as OT best-practices blogs and\n
    OT vulnerability disclosures from Dragos’s industry-leading Threat\n 
   Intelligence team. Dragos OT-CERT will also aid large companies by\n   h
 elping to improve the security posture of smaller organizations in\n   the
