 hite-hat hackers use to keep\n   the internet safe. To keep up with the in
 creasing number of bug bounty\n   programs and assets in general we need t
 o level up our scanning\n   software as well.\n\n   This talk explores the
  design of a high-performance DNS bruteforcer.\n   Fundamental bottlenecks
  that limit current scanning software to only a\n   fraction of line-rate 
 scan capacity will be discussed\, for example:\n   what prevents a common 
 DNS bruteforce tool like MassDNS from exceeding\n   350.000 requests per s
 econd?\n\n   Our tooling is currently capable of scanning DNS with up to 4
 0M\n   requests per second\, which is over 100x faster than MassDNS at pea
 k\n   performance. The scan capacity can reach 40GbE line-level rate. All\
 n   building blocks for this scanner will be discussed in the talk\, such\
 n   as the concurrency model and the way incoming and outgoing packets are
