 ts from 2018-2021\n   went unattributed: D.C. Residents can not tell a new
 s helicopter from\n   a black hawk. Flight tracking sites remove flights a
 s a paid service\n   to aircraft owners and government agencies\; even in 
 the best case\n   these sites do not receive tracking information from mos
 t military\n   helicopters due to a Code of Federal Regulations exemption 
 for\n   "sensitive government mission for national defense\, homeland secu
 rity\,\n   intelligence or law enforcement." This makes an enormous amount
  of\n   helicopter flights untraceable even for the FAA and leaves residen
 ts\n   in the dark.\n\n   What if we could help residents identify helicop
 ters? What if we could\n   crowd source helicopter tracking? What if we co
 uld collect images to\n   identify helicopters using computer vision? What
  if we could make\n   aircraft radio as accessible as reading a map? What
