 cription:\n   Governments and the private sector around the world spend bi
 llions of\n   dollars on Electronic Counter Measures (ECMs) which include 
 jamming\n   technologies. These jammers are used by police departments to 
 disrupt\n   criminal communication operations as well as in prisons to dis
 rupt\n   prisoners using smuggled in cell phones. The military use jammers
  to\n   disrupt radar communications\, prevent remote IEDs from triggering
  and\n   radio communications. The private sector use jammers to disrupt\n
    espionage in the board room and to protect VIPS from RC-IEDs.\n\n   Wha
 t if there was a way of communicating that was immune to jammers\n   witho
 ut knowing the point of origin. A way of communicating at short\n   to med
